NL bans zero rating schemes

Net neutrality is the principle that the ISP is a transparent pipe to access the network. They shall not prioritize or block certain services – and they shall also not charge differently. Basically the ISP shall stay out of the application layer of the communication.

Holland now strengthened the net neutrality by banning zero charging schemes for certain services.
