It’s a text on operator Best Practice, following facing an RFP offering exclusivity in exchange for a revenue commit. This is a scenario with disturbingly short sighted benefits for the operator, and long term harm to the business as such. The Swedish expression for this is “pee in your pants” solution – the immediate effect is warm and cosy, but rather soon the negative effects kick in.
