Virtual Mac
Apple stuff. A lot of people have it, and if you want to develop for it, you basically need their hardware. According to their licenses you can only run OS X on their hardware.
To be blunt an honest – f*ck them.
There are two options to run an instance of OS X without spending excessive amounts of money on their beutiful but grossy overpriced stuff.
# Hackintoch – install OS X on a dedicated machine.
# A virtual Mac
Installing one is less of a hassle trhan one might think. Two similar guides:

I am running this as I write (currently the installer runs and has some 10 minutes to go), but I had problems only with a one point (so far) and that is that you must disable the EFI. Looking forward to complete this. This would make it possible to use Embarcadero RAD Studio XE5 and generate application for IOS and Android without sharing a single dime with Cupertino.
