Don't let the acronym confuse you - MODS is a program for making the cross organisational process of establishing International Roaming a whole lot easier, by providing a common repository for progress reporting for the contributors, resulting in a easy to use helicopter view for the Roaming Manager.
The contributors get functionality for producing their own Work Orders and the Roaming Manager and Roaming Coordinator get a vehicle for producing status reports.
MODS is in stable mode, and in production for two mobile networks.
Donald Doc is a project under development, and provided as a technology preview. It's a front end to a document repository.
