4) Progress

Progress is documented by filling out date fields and tick boxes.

Here you see “Progress” for “Circuit Switched” (also known as IR.24) where the IREG tested notes a completed inbound and outbound by their respective date and ticks the boxes to complete. Billing/TADIG person does the same, marking that TTCC is submitted or received. Web means that the relevant information is posted on the customer fronting web page.
